What is Fairy Hair? Also known as bling, glitter, hair tinsel, or hair sparkles, a strand or two is tied onto one or two hairs, and falls out when the hairs fall out. Some last for a couple months, others fall out within a couple days or a week. I use the kind that’s made of silk and it is more expensive than the cheaper hair tinsel you can find online. The silk hair tinsel can be blown dry, hot ironed, curled and colored. I have about 35 colors to choose from.
